October marks a changing of seasons. We see it all around us in creation, and experience it in our lives, our churches, and indeed, in our EFCC family. This month offers us a time to reflect on God’s unchanging nature and to give thanks for His faithfulness to us amid changing seasons. Let us be still, give thanks, and pray.
Terry Kaufman – Leadership Catalyst
October is a very busy month for Growing Leaders. Please pray as I travel to BC 3 times, one for staff development, and two for Leadership Training (Williams Lake & Chase). Pray with us that the right people will attend the training, and we will be used by God to further equip them for the ministry they are involved in. EFCCLeaders
Neil Bassingthwaighte – ServeCanada Director
Pray for travel and good times of connection as Neil attends CPD, Prairie District, and APD conferences. Pray for churches struggling through conflict right now, and pray for our District Superintendents who are working with them to get through the conflicts.
Dwight Johnson – Stewardship Catalyst
Pray for safety and success in donor visits occurring this fall. We have about $140,000 left to raise on the office expansion debt. We would love to see that fully subscribed by the end of the year. Pray God will move in people’s hearts to get us “over the top”.
