Partners in Ministry are people committed to supporting the EFCC both in prayer and finances.

Our Partners in Ministry believe in the ethos, values and vision of the EFCC, and in our leaders as they live them out. The minimum donation for our Partners in Ministry is $1,000, renewable every year. This generosity supplements the giving from churches – the other major source of donations to the EFCC, which covers the majority of our association’s overheads and operations. Funding from our Partners in Ministry supports EFCC initiatives focused on identity, leadership and mission.

Identity

We are Christ-centred and congregational, and we believe that truth and grace are inherently compatible. A healthy perspective on essentials versus non-essentials allows us to be in charitable fellowship with people of different perspectives.

Servant Leadership

The culture of the EFCC has often emphasized autonomy over interdependence; we need to exercise servant leadership which facilitates collaboration and accountability.

Mission

From kings to colonisation, Christianity has a long, complicated and often sad historical relationship to power. We are invested in life transformation, disciple-making, and community development. We do not depend on political power – rather, we rely on the power of the Holy Spirit, which is made manifest in human weakness.
