Global Outreach Evangelism Strategy
The Global Outreach Evangelism Strategy (G.O.E.S) is a disciple-making and leadership development ministry founded by Olivier Niyongabire. The project focuses on equipping believers to share the Gospel and make disciples, especially in underserved and hard-to-reach communities. Since its launch in 2020, the program has trained and sent out disciple-makers across multiple countries in East Africa.
A key focus of the project is ministry in refugee camps, particularly in Uganda, where many displaced people have limited access to churches and spiritual support. Through discipleship training, outreach programs, and community-based initiatives, G.O.E.S is helping individuals grow in faith and become leaders within their communities. The project also integrates humanitarian efforts, including the distribution of Bibles and teaching materials, as well as initiatives in literacy and community development.
This project is driven by a vision to reach people with little or no access to the Gospel and to raise local leaders who can sustain long-term transformation in their communities. The ministry currently operates through small disciple-making groups and continues to expand into new locations across East Africa.
The project faces ongoing needs, including access to Bibles and teaching materials in local languages, transportation for outreach and training, and suitable spaces for gatherings and discipleship programs. There is also a strong focus on translating and printing materials in Kinyarwanda to make them accessible to new believers.
The long-term vision includes establishing training centers, churches, and schools that will support both spiritual growth and community development, particularly among refugees and under-served populations.
