This project prioritizes initiatives that train and equip Roma pastors and ministry leaders, strengthening their capacity to lead churches that address both spiritual and practical needs. Supported initiatives include:
• Leadership training through conferences, seminars, and mentoring led by Roma Networks, ReachGlobal Global Equipping missionaries, and experienced Roma church leaders
• Local church–based community development training, leading to practical initiatives such as literacy, education, job skills training, health care access, and other community-based responses
• Vision trips and networking opportunities that unite Roma leaders across Europe, encouraging collaboration and shared learning
