LOWER PACIFIC DISTRICT

The Lower Pacific District of the Evangelical Free Church of Canada was founded in 1983. We consist of 31 churches in BC’s Lower Mainland, on Vancouver Island and on the islands off its eastern shore.

Though our District is compact geographically, we are very diverse. Our churches range in size from less than 50 to more than 600 in attendance on a Sunday morning in rural, suburban and urban settings. There are seven different languages spoken in our churches. This reflects the multicultural nature of our region.

Our commitment as a District is to encourage and resource our District churches to health, fruitfulness and multiplication. We believe that God will accomplish more through us as we work together than when we work alone.
