Marvin Penner – APD Superintendent
As our annual district conference approaches, pray for our newest church, All the Nations EFC in Wembley, Alberta. They will host our conference as we welcome them into full membership. This also means that we will no longer have any active church plants. Pray that God will guide and direct the Alberta Parkland District towards the ways in which He desires for us to reach out next. Our hope and prayer is that God will work through the district to plant many more churches.
Tim Stewart – PD Superintendent
Thank you for your prayers for the Stewarts – they have enjoyed visiting different churches together, and the kids have settled in well to their new community. We are thankful for some very positive and uplifting Accreditation Councils, where people’s calling and character for ministry were affirmed. Please pray for our conference this month in Osler, SK – on the theme of “Raising up Leaders for the Harvest!”
Dan Carlaw – CPD Superintendent
Our annual CPD Conference will be hosted at Prince George EFC, October 1–4. Please pray for a meaningful and encouraging time together, for the conference planning committee, and for district pastors: Lawrence Jensen, Paul Ford, and Pat Stich, as they bring messages. Pray for Charisa Reimer and Neil Bassingthwaighte as they lead breakout sessions on hospitality. Above all, pray that God would be glorified in our time together.
