DESCRIPTION:Chair: Ellie Park \nWhen: April 7 & 9\, 2026 \nThe Finance & Audit Committee (FAC) meets semi-annually to review the status of expenses and revenue in relation to the Board- and Conference-approved budget. In the spring of each year\, the FAC reviews and recommends to the Board of Directors the financial statements from the previous year and the budget proposal (from the OED) for the year ahead. The FAC may additionally review new and/or revised financial policies that govern the financial administration of the EFCC as a charitable (“Not for Profit”) corporation.
