In the spring of each year\, the FAC reviews and recommends to the Board of Directors the financial statements from the previous year and the budget proposal (from the OED) for the year ahead. The FAC may additionally review new and/or revised financial policies that govern the financial administration of the EFCC as a charitable (“Not for Profit”) corporation.
