George Budd – Interim PD Superintendent
Pray for camp ministries that our Prairie District churches will be involved in this summer. Pray for the Gospel to be clearly presented and children’s hearts to be readied to hear and respond. Pray for the young leaders who will be leading in these camps that they will see God’s power at work in and through their ministries. Pray for the Search Committee as they seek a Superintendent for Prairie District. Pray that God will lay this ministry opportunity on the heart of someone.
Dan Carlaw – CPD Superintendent
Please pray for the many CPD churches involved with Bible Camp ministry this summer. Pray for the Lord to provide adequate staffing for these programs to run. Pray that this would be a significant season of spiritual growth for those who serve. Pray also for kids to come to faith in Christ for the first time, and for many others to grow in their walk with Jesus.
Marvin Penner – APD Superintendent
We celebrate our annual Pastors and Wives retreat. Attendance was up a little from the last few years and it was good to be able to reconnect to relax and learn together while supporting one another. Pray that our pastors will continue to develop supportive relationships with one another. The Alberta Parkland District is also seeking a new accountant as the one that has served us so well for many years is retiring. Pray that this important transition goes well.
Kelvin Luong – CD Co-Superintendent
Praise God for Redeemer holding its first baptism since COVID. Pray for Hallelujah and Redeemer, who are both searching for a lead pastor. Please pray for churches holding various summer outreach events/programs.
